摘    要:21世纪企业的竞争,最根本的就是企业文化的较量。而企业文化得以执行与落实的根本保证是建立起与之相匹配的企业制度。文中在阐述两者内涵、功能及其关系的基础上,揭示了现实中企业普遍存在的文化与制度背离的问题,并提出了使企业制度与企业文化相匹配的对策。

Abstract:The business competition in the 21st century is essentially a contest of enterprise culture,and the successful establishment of enterprise culture relies on a well-matched enterprise system.Based on the enquiry into their meaning,function and correlation,this paper intends to reveal the mismatch between enterprise culture and system in practice,and proposes the countermeasure to achieve the match between culture and system in terms of both the principle and means of matching.
