摘    要:对209型客车转向架的直板式制动梁,运用有限元法对其静强度进行了分析,利用常规疲劳设计方法估算了其疲劳寿命,并用全尺寸实物样件进行了试验验证.计算分析结果与试验结果基本一致,209型制动梁静强度与疲劳强度均满足相关使用要求.

Strength Character Research on Brake Beam for Type of 209 Bogie

Abstract:Based on the finite element method,the static intensity of the straight plate brake beam for 209-type passenger car is analyzed.Making use of the conventional fatigue design method,the fatigue life of the brake beam is estimated.And using full-size pieces of physical samples,the experimental confirmation is carried.The calculation results are basically consistent with the experimental results.The static strength and the fatigue strength of 209-type brake beam are used to meet the relevant requirements.
