| 摘 要： | 针对评价方案的多因素、多层次、不确定性,以集对分析理论为基础,采用层次分析法确定码头方案评价指标的权重,建立码头方案比选的综合评价模型.综合考虑影响码头方案的各种因素,以及不同层次之间影响因素的指标权重的有效合成,给出各方案的优劣顺序.
