| 摘 要： | 介绍某新型船用油动机的工作原理及结构特点,利用理论分析及试验研究的方法分析其输入输出特性、动静态耗油量、响应时间及带载性能等工作特性。试验结果表明该新型油动机具有线性度高,重复性好,出力大,油耗量低等特点,其线性误差≤±0.71%,重复性误差≤±0.5%,极限耗油量为37.5 L/min,允许使用的最大负载力可达29.3 kN。

| Abstract: | Operational principle and design feature of a new marine oil servo motor were expatiated.The working characteristics of input and output,static and dynamic oil consumption,response time and load performance of the motor were studied by using theoretical and experimental methods.Test results showed that new oil servo motor has the characteristics of high linearity,fine repetitiveness,large work capacity and low oil consumption,etc.The linearity error of the motor is less than ±0.71%,repeatability error is less than ±0.5%,the limit oil consumption is 37.5 L/min while the top load force is allowed to reach 29.3 KN. |
