摘 要: | 为解决某化学品船轴系设计完成后校中计算发现的艉轴承处轴转角超过规范要求的问题,在不改变轴系设计的前提下,通过分析研究和相关计算,决定采取对艉轴承进行斜镗孔的措施来减小艉轴承与轴的相对转角,使之满足轴系校中规范要求,分析几种艉轴承斜镗孔方案对轴系校中结果的影响。

Abstract: | After the shafting design of a chemical tanker,the shafting alignment calculation showed that relative slope at the stern-tube bearing exceeds the classification requirements.By some related analysis and calculations,the measures of inclined boring were adopted to reduce the relative slope without changing the original shafting design.Based on the research of several solutions of inclined boring,the influence of inclined boring on the shafting alignment result was analyzed in detail. |
