| 摘 要： | 应用EXCEL电子图表的数据处理功能和标准击实试验,研究了级配碎石配比设计方法和质量控制措施。结合级配碎石配比设计与施工变异性的现实特点,得出了借助EXCEL电子图表,由计算机编制计算程序进行自动计算求解,不仅可以快速准确地完成配比设计,而且可以随配比调节同步显示出级配变化。结果表明:电子图表既可作为配比设计模版,又可预知级配施工变异结果,是拌和场消除级配废料的一种便捷手段。 |

| Abstract: | This paper studies the methods of gradation design and measures of quality control by using the data processing function of EXCEL and standard beating test. With the help of EXCEL, through automatic computing outcome of compiled computer language, the proportion design can be done quickly, and the gradation changing can be displayed simultaneously based on practical characteristics about proportion design and construction variability. The result shows that the electronic form can provide template for mixture proportion design, and reduce the waste from incorrect gradation. |
