连续刚构桥墩旁托架的设计与有限元分析

摘    要:墩旁托架是高墩混凝土桥悬臂浇筑时常用的临时支架,需要保证施工过程中的结构可靠性,因此,托架必须满足强度、刚度和稳定性要求。主要介绍山西神河高速公路一高墩大跨连续刚构桥墩旁托架的设计以及用结构分析软件Midas/civil对托架进行的有限元分析和计算结果。通过计算分析可知,托架各杆件强度、刚度及稳定性均满足要求。

Abstract:The pier-side bracket is a common kind of temporary supports often used for the cantilever-concrete-pouring construction of tall-pier concrete bridges.To ensure the reliability of the structures in the process of construction,the bracket has to meet the requirements in strength,rigidity and stability.Introduced in detail in the paper is the design of the pier-side bracket for the continuous rigid frame,tall-pier and large-span bridge of the Shenhe River Expressway in Shanxi province.The bracket is finite-element-analyzed and calculated by means of the analytic software of Midas/civil.According to the results of the calculations and analyses,all the members of the bracket are found to be up to the requirements of the code in strength,stiffness and stability.
