角膜实质层胶原纤维三维交叉网状结构的进一步探讨兼论弹性纤维 Ⅰ.兔角膜的LM、TEM及SLM观察

摘    要:本文应用常规及自行设计的标本制备法对8个正常兔角膜实质层纤维成分分别做了LM、TEM及SEM观察。结果表明:①胶原纤维排列成三维交叉网状結构,后者在约500μm范围内呈板状,称微板,微板相互吻合成微板网;②在LM下所见的厚约4—9μm的“胶原纤維”或“板层”,实际是微板网的垂直切面,⑧文献中的板层结构TEM照片实为其网状结构的一部分,④在胶原纤维之间有少量分支交错的细小纤维,可能是弹性纤维。

Abstract:Using both the standard preparations and methods we designed, the corneas obtained from 8 rabbits were observed by means of the LM, TEM and SEM. The results are as follows: 1)The collagenous fibers are arranged in a crass-crossed network of three dimentions. The network in an area of less than 500 μm is like a small board called a microboard. All microboards anastomose each other, forming a microboard network (MBN); 2)The so-callcd collagenous fibers or lamellae about 4—9 μm thick under the LM are really the vertical sections of the MBN; 3)The transmission electronmicrograph of the lamellar structure in the literature is a part of the network; 4)Between the collagenous fibers there are a small number of very fine fibers with branches and criss-crossed arrangement, which might be elastic fibers.
