汽车座椅六通道道路模拟试验的研究

结合实际开发需要,应用已有的试验车辆、试验设备和测量仪器,通过远程参数控制在六通道多轴模拟振动台（MAST）上实现了安装在车身内座椅总成的室内道路模拟试验技术,正确、快速地模拟试件在试车场强化道路上的振动特性,取得满意的试验结果。缩短了试验周期、降低了试验费用,提高了产品开发的成功率。

Research of Road Simulation Test for Auto-seat based on 6-Channel Test System

The laboratory road simulation technique for seat in the car body is developed according to the requirement by means of existing testing cars,test equipment,measuring instruments and especially MAST with the RPC.With this kind of technique we can rapidly and well simulate the vibration of the car components in the car body instead of that on the proving ground,shorten the period of development,save the testing cost and improve the development success rate.
