| 摘 要： | 运用数值模拟软件ANSYS建立搭接接头的数值模型,并用利参数化设计语言(APDL)编程实现。研究焊缝几何参数对于搭接接头的工作应力及应力集中系数的影响,并对结果以曲线拟合的方式进行分析,与实际情况相符,有利于优化焊接工艺设计。

| Abstract: | the numerical simulation software ANSYS is used to set up a numerical model of lap joint,which is realized by program.Study the effect of joint geometry parameters on working stress and stress concentration efficiency,by the way of curve fitting analysis,the simulation result accord with the experiment results,it is propitious to development of the welding technology. |
