船舶航运事故防范控制系统的研究

船舶事故防范和安全控制系统在船舶航运安全相关信息集成的基础上,实时快速计算船舶的安全航速,实施安全控制,并重点研究了杜绝人为操作错误而引发事故的方法,对操纵指令进行识别和判断,提高船舶的安全性。此文对事故防范和安全控制系统的结构、原理、实现方法和关键技术进行了阐述。

A Study on The precaution control system of ship accident

According to the reasons why ship accidents caused, a precaution against ship accident and security control system is designed. On the bases of the integrated information correlated with ship navigation, the safety velocity of the ship will be calculated real-time in the system. After the comparison of the actual velocity and the safety velocity, the security control strategy is executed. And the method of preventing the personal error in operation, each operation instruction will be identified and judged, is studied in emphasis, so the security of the ship can be improved greatly. The configuration, functions, the method of implementation and the key techniques of the system are elaborated in this paper.
