上海世纪公园单塔斜拉索全钢桥的安装施工

上海浦东世纪公园明珠桥采用的是单塔斜拉索全钢桥 ,跨度 5 6m,桥面宽 4.1 4m。该桥施工时 ,周围林木均已种植完毕 ,且施工场地狭小 ,不具备大型吊装机械进驻的条件。长 5 6m的主体结构在工厂完成后 ,不能使用大型吊装设备吊装该主体结构。因此 ,制作与安装单位会同业主、设计单位共同制订了“浮船法”架桥的施工方法 ,顺利并成功地完成了该钢结构桥梁的安装工作。

Erection and Construction of Single Pylon Stayed Cables Full Steel Bridge of Century Park, Shanghai

Mingzhu Bridge of Pudong Century Park, Shanghai is a single pylon stayed cable full steel bridge with the span of 56m and deck width of 4.14m. When the bridge is in construction, the trees around have been planted and the construction site is narrow and small without the condition for entering of a large of hoisting machinery. For the main structure with a length of 56m the large hoisting equipment cannot be used to hoisting the main structure after the completion at factures. Therefore, the units of the manufacture and installation together with the Employer and the design unit draw up the construction method of erecting the bridge by "bloating method" so as to finish smoothly the erection work of the steel structural bridge.
