| 摘 要： | 学校人事档案信息不仅关系到教师的切身利益,而且关系到学校的发展和教师队伍的稳定,是事业单位收入分配制度改革基础依据的一部分,不容许有任何差错。因此,应重视规范整合人事档案信息内容,加强人事档案信息资源的开发利用,最大限度地满足不同层次与用户对人事档案信息资源的需求。

| Abstract: | The archive information of the teachers concerns not only the teachers＇ interest,but also the stable development of the teaching staff and the college.It is the basis for the reform of the income distribution system and it denies any possible deviation.Therefore,stress shall be laid on the standardization of the contents of the archive information and the enforcement of the utilization of the archive information so as to satisfy to the greatest extent the demand from the customers on the resources of the archive information. |
