| 摘 要： | 采用I-DEAS分析软件对3101B的4种车轮产品进行有限元分析,得出各种状态下的应力大小,确定同类产品的不同结构所产生的应力变化规律,从中发现问题,及时验证设计是否符合实际要求。经有限元分析得到的结论基本与实际情况相符合,此方法为未来车轮的设计和分析起着较好的指导作用。 |

Finite Element Analysis and Application of the Vehicle Wheel Construction Strength |

| Abstract: | This paper simulated and calculated the stress of the four types of 3101B truck wheels with I-DEAS software. On the basis of analyzing stress regulation of the different products, it concludes that the product design is reasonable. This method will instruct later design and analysis of vehicle wheel. |
