摘    要:丁集矿主、副、风井穿过表土层厚度为530m,冻结深度达到565m,是21世纪初中国第一个表土埋深超过500m、冻结深度超过550m、掘进断面超过120m^2的特大型冻结矿井,地质条件极其复杂,冻结壁设计与冻结施工、井壁结构设计和井筒掘砌施工难度非常大。通过产、学、研相结合,组织科学研究和技术攻关,取得了多项原创性科研和施工成果,安全顺利、快速高效地施工了主、副、风井3个深立井冻结段,对淮南矿区和全国复杂特厚表土层新建深井具有重要意义。重点阐述丁集矿井冻结法施工攻克的关键技术和取得的施工成果。

Abstract:The main shaft, auxiliary shaft and air shaft of Dingji Mine pass through 530-meter-deep topsoil, and its frozen depth attains 565 m. It is the first extra-large frozen mine with over 500-meter-deep buried topsoil, over 550-meter freezing depth and over 120 m drilling section. The extremely complicated geological conditions cause great difficulty in the design of frozen wall and freezing construction, the design of shaft-wall structure and construction of shaft drilling & lining. Through integrating construction, study and research, organizing scientific research and making technological breakthroughs, several original scientific research and construction results are achieved, and the freezing sections of the main deep-vertical shaft, auxiliary deep-vertical shaft and air deep-vertical shaft have been completed safely, successfully and fast, which is the limestone for constructing new and deep shaft with complex extra-thick topsoil in Huainan Mine area and the whole country. This paper describes that key technology in constructing Dingji Coal Mine with the freezing method and the construction achievement in the works.
