摘    要:结构物的耐久性是一项重要指标,而钢筋保护层合格率是判断结构物耐久性的重要现场检测指标,目前,施工现场均采用"钢筋保护层测定仪"进行测定其保护层厚度,以判断结构物耐久性。但在具体的实施中,许多配筋复杂的结构物按该方法检测出的结果与实际情况相差较大。通过多年的现场检测实践经验,针对配筋复杂的结构物,提出模拟现场实际情况,制作同一强度等级、同一施工工艺、同一配筋情况(相同主筋、相同保护层厚度)的标准块,用"钢筋保护层测定仪"测定其保护层厚度,再凿开混凝土直至露出钢筋后,用游标卡尺量测其实际保护层厚度,检测这两种方法的偏差值,用数理统计分析后,找出"代表值"对"钢筋保护层测定仪"测定的结果进行修正,弥补"钢筋保护层测定仪"检测结果的不足。

Abstract:The durability of a structure is an important index,and the qualification rate of the reinforcement protection layer of steel rods is an important on-site detection index for judging the durability of a structure.At present,the protective layer thickness is measured by the "protective layer detector" to determine the structural durability.However,in real implementation,the measured results of many structures with complicated reinforcement are not accurate by using such method,and are different from the actual situation,which has little directive significance.The author has developed an improved method for better measuring the durability of complicated structures through many years of on-site inspection and practical experience,and aim to simulate actual implementation situation.The procedure is to firstly establish a standard structure block according to the simulated situation,which has the same intensity,same reinforcement,same protective layer thickness and same construction process.The thickness of the protective layer has been then measured by a tester instrument.Next,the structure has been chiseled until the steel rod is exposed,and actual protective layer has been measured by a caliber.The representative value has been found by analyzing the difference and deviation of these two measurements statistically,and used for adjustment to improve the tester result.
