基于CAN总线的超声波乘员距离探测系统

摘    要:安全气袋能够很好的起到乘员保护效果,然而由于安全气袋点爆过程中释放的巨大能量,很可能造成离位乘员的伤害,因此,目前国外正在开展对于乘员识别系统的研究。其中,乘员距离方向盘/仪表板的距离是系统的一个关键参数,直接影响系统是否点火,以及点火的早晚时刻。通过对比几种距离测量模式的优缺点,确定使用超声波进行距离探测,并设计了相应的控制电路,同时使用CAN总线和乘员识别系统主控单元进行数据交互。

Abstract:Passengers in car can be protected very well by airbag in some accident,but passengers out of position may be terribly hurt because of the huge energy when airbag deploys.So Occupant Classify System(OCS is the abbreviation)is designed to avoid the negative effect of airbag in many contries.The distance between passenger and steering wheel or instrument panel is a key parameter in OCS,as it affects whether and when does the OCS ignites the airbag.This paper chooses ultrasonic to measure the distance after comparing the differences between methods of distance measure,and designed the relevant control circuit.In order to make data commutation with main ECU of OCS,CAN bus is used.
