港珠澳大桥深水区桥梁建设期风险分析

摘    要:对港珠澳大桥深水区桥梁建设期的技术性和非技术性风险进行识别,并采用ALARP原则及风险矩阵估值法进行风险预测。虽然不存在拒绝接受的风险,多数风险发生概率处于低级,但风险影响程度严重,需科学防范。对于技术性内部风险,应采用内部风险抑制的方法,加强关键工序的控制,同时还要考虑外部风险对内部风险的叠加。

Abstract:This paper identifies the technical and non-technical risks during the bridge construction period in deepwater area of the HZMB, and makes the risk prediction using the ALARP principles and risk matrix valuation method. There is no refus- ing to accept risk, most of the probability of occurrence is low, but it' s severely impact that needs scientific risk control. For technical internal risk, it should use the internal risk suppression method, strengthen the control of critical processes, but also consider the external risks to superpose the internal risks.
