| Abstract: | This paper is based on recently completed Marine Protection Works at Pakistan Deep Water Container Port, introduces the characteristics of the project, the difficulties and conclusion in the management of overseas project, as well as its mode of organization and management, management planning and innovation; focusing on the business negotiations by the multi-disciplinary cross induction mode of design, construction, and business aspects, showing how this project achieves satisfactory progress and completion of work through effective multi-disciplinary cooperation mode. |
