Co., Ltd. of CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., proposes the methods of cost control compiling and clarifies the maximum price of project subcontract. It plans the subcontract scientifically and reasonably dividing the subcontract, the subcontract mode adjusts measures to local conditions to reduce uncontrollable cost of construction, and introducing the competition mechanism to chooses the subcontractor with the best quality and price. It also utilizes the subcontract management responsibility to strengthen the preciseness of the contract. It will supervise the subcontract process, ensure the creative subcontract cost control methods such as the timeliness of the cost control, and demonstrate the practice effect.
