江海石化码头结构的升级改造设计

摘    要:通过分析原有码头的平面布置和结构现状,结合靠泊作业要求和后方库区发展的需要,研究了码头升级改造的必要性;提出了码头平面改造方案,即在码头泊位长度方向设置2个靠船墩来满足大船的靠泊要求,在现有码头上、下游侧各增设1座30.0 m长的靠船装卸平台来满足码头同时停靠2艘小船的靠泊和装卸要求,并提出了相应的结构改造方案。通过对老码头的平面和结构改造,使原码头从靠泊2.5万t级油品码头升级为靠泊5.0万t级的液体化工码头。

Abstract:By analyzing the plane layout and structure of the existing wharf,to meet the requirements for ship mooring operation and the development of rear depot area,the necessity of wharf upgrading and reconstruction is studied,then the plane layout reconstruction plan is put forward,i.e. two dolphins will be set along the berth to meet large ship mooring requirements,a 30 m long loading /unloading platform will be added respectively on the upstream/ downstream side of the existing wharf in order to meet the requirements for berthing and loading /unloading two small ships simultaneously. In addition,the corresponding structure renovation plan is also put forward. By reconstructing the plane layout and structure of the existing wharf,a new 50000 DWT liquefied chemical berth replaces the existing 25000 DWT product oil berth.
