港珠澳大桥钢管复合桩的施工问题及改进措施

摘    要:港珠澳大桥桥梁工程采用钢管复合桩基础。分析研究前期施工中暴露的不利海洋气候条件、塌孔、设备故障等风险,对作业指导书进行补充、完善、优化,重视过程预控,提高大直径、大桩长钢管复合桩的Ⅰ类桩比例。经检测桩基质量均满足要求。

Abstract:The bridge project of the HZMB it uses the steel composite pile foundation. This paper analyzes the adverse weather conditions, hole collapse, equipment failures and other risks in early constructions to supplement, improve and optimize the operating instructions, puts emphasis on process pre-control, improves the proportion of class I that large length and large diameter steel composite pile. It meets the requirements by the pile foundation quality inspection.
