高速公路运营阶段事故黑点识别与改造

摘    要:为提高高速公路运营阶段的安全水平,首先应用不受统计尺度和位置影响的事故黑点识别方法,通过划分道路统计单元,选取参考窗口与比较窗口,计算事故严重程度系数,再根据识别阈值精确判断事故黑点的位置及严重程度。最后,对事故黑点的事故特征和成因进行分析,主要运用基于视觉光流率和边缘率的车速控制理论与方法对事故黑点进行改造。

Abstract:During expressway’s operation stage, all kinds of safety problems exposed gradually, and the analysis and modification of safety problems were the vital steps of improving the expressway’s safety level. Firstly, using a new method to identify accident black spots which is not affected by the length of scale, then analysis characteristics and the causes of the accident black spots, lastly, we used the theory and method for speed-control basis of optical flow rate and edge rate, and other safety improvement measures is proposed on the transformation of these incidents black spots. This identification and improvement of methods for accident black spots could provide the majority of engineers and technicians a reference.
