| 摘 要： | 本文报导了1981年陕西地区婴幼儿秋季腹泻的病原学研究。从7例婴幼儿秋季腹泻的粪便中,用直接电镜法检出了轮状病毒6例。根据检出病毒的形态特点和免疫电镜所见,首次确定轮状病毒在陕西地区的存在及其引起婴幼儿秋季腹泻的流行。

Preliminary Studies on Etiology of Infantile Diarrhea Rotavirus during Autumn in Shaanxi Province |

| Abstract: | This Paper reports etiology of diarrhea in infants which occurred in the autumn of 1981 in Shaanxi province. Typical rotavirus particles were found by the direct electron microscopic method in the fecal samples of 6 out of 7 cases. On the basis of the morphological features of the viral particles and the immune eletron microscopic findings, we have first confirmed the existence of rotavirus and its etiologic role in this type of diarrhea in Shaanxi Province. |
