基于物联网的南沙大桥坭洲水道桥主缆架设技术

摘    要:南沙大桥坭洲水道桥为(658+1688+522)m双跨钢箱梁悬索桥,主缆采用预制平行钢丝索股(PPWS)法架设。结合主缆及索股特点,通过优化牵引系统布置和改进快拆悬挂装置、背索后锚头快拆式拽拉器、自锁紧式握索器等索股架设装置,提高了索股架设工效及质量。基于物联网技术,研发了包含索股牵引实时监控系统及索股调整实时监测计算系统的索股架设智能化监控系统,索股牵引实时监控系统对索股牵引过程进行多维度监测、追踪和预警;索股调整实时监测计算系统快速监测并联合索股温度场及高差传感器数据,计算索股垂度及调整量,系统化生成并发送索股调整指令。索股架设智能化监控系统初步实现了悬索桥索股架设牵引的智能化监控,有效保证了主缆架设过程中索股的安装质量及成缆质量。

Abstract:The Nizhou Waterway Bridge of Nansha Bridge is a suspension bridge with three spans of 658,1688 and 522 m.The stiffening girder consists of steel boxes.The main cables are erected by the prefabricated parallel wire strand(PPWS)method.To improve the erection efficiency and quality of main cables,the configuration of strand traction system was optimized and a series of strand erection devices were modified in accordance with the characteristics of the main cable and steel wires,including the quick-lock hanger and hauling puller at rear anchor head of back stays as well as self-locking rope gripper.Based on the internet of things(IoT),an intelligent main cable erection monitoring and control system was developed,which can perform real-time monitoring of the steel wire traction and demand-on monitoring calculations for steel wire adjustment.The real-time cable erection monitoring and control system is able to carry out multi-dimensional monitoring,tracking and alarming during the steel wire traction process.The real-time monitoring calculation system can perform rapid monitoring and calculate the sag ratio of steel wires and adjustment amounts based on the temperature field and elevation difference data of steel wires captured by sensors,furthermore,systematically generate and send steel wire adjustment orders.The intelligent main cable erection monitoring and control system is an initial realization of the intelligent monitoring and control of main cable traction of suspension bridge,which can effectively ensure the erection quality of the steel strands during the main cable erection process as well as the as-built quality.
