摘    要:针对现有岸边集装箱起重机三大驱动机构卷筒轴承座出现焊缝开裂和地脚螺栓断裂现象,提出一种卷筒轴承座优化设计方案.优化后的卷筒轴承座具有传力简便、工艺性好、装配调整方便、绿色制造等优点.

Abstract:Aiming at the cracking of the weld seam and the fracture of the anchor bolts in the drum bearing seat of the three major driving mechanisms of the existing quayside container crane,an optimized design scheme of the drum bearing seat is proposed.The optimized drum bearing seat has the advantages of simple force transmission,good manufacturability,convenient assembly and adjustment,and green manufacturing.
