| 摘 要： | 圆形料场具有占地面积小、自动化程度高、能够抵抗恶劣天气等优点,其核心设备圆形料场堆取料机有多种堆料机和取料机组合形式.分析了堆料不俯仰门架式、堆料不俯仰悬臂式、堆料俯仰门架式、堆料俯仰悬臂式4种机型组合的优缺点,结合圆形料场堆取料工艺提出了圆形料场堆取料机选型方案.

| Abstract: | Circular stockyard has the advantages of small floor area,high degree of automation and resistance to bad weather.Its core equipment,the circular stockyard stacker-reclaimer,has a variety of combination forms of stacker and reclaimer.The advantages and disadvantages of the combination of four types of models:stacking non pitching gantry type,stacking non pitching cantilever type,stacking pitching gantry type and stacking pitching cantilever type are analyzed.Combined with the stacking and reclaiming process of circular stockyard,the selection scheme of stacker-reclaimer in circular stockyard is put forward. |
