| 摘 要： | 港珠澳大桥工程规模大、技术标准高,涉及大量新技术。针对有关资源不足、相关法律法规要求和中外合作模式不完善等问题,构建了港珠澳大桥国际和地区合作模式。初步设计、桥梁施工图设计、设计及施工咨询等工作通过联合体模式来实现合作;桥梁钢箱梁制造监理、岛隧工程设计施工总承包等工作通过国际和地区顾问及联合体模式来实现合作;质量管理顾问通过国际和地区顾问模式来实现合作。实践证明,港珠澳大桥利用国际和地区合作模式有效解决了大桥管理与技术难题,保证了项目建设目标的实现。

| Abstract: | Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge(HZMB)project is large in scale and high in technical standards,involving a large number of new technologies.To break through the limitations of existing technologies,relevant laws and regulations,and cooperation models,the HZMB project introduces international and regional cooperation models.The preliminary design,construction drawing design,and design and construction consulting adopt a consortium model to achieve the cooperation.The bridge steel box girder manufacturing supervision and island-tunnel engineering design and construction adopt international and regional consultants and the consortium model to achieve the cooperation.Quality management adopts international and regional consultant models to achieve cooperation.Practices has proved that the HZMB project has effectively solved the management and technical problems and ensured the realization of the project construction objectives by using international and regional cooperation. |
