钢-混组合梁剪力钉抗剪性能试验研究

摘    要:为研究钢—普通混凝土与钢—钢纤维混凝土组合梁剪力钉的极限抗剪强度及破坏形式,根据某实际钢—混组合桥梁结构,设计2种钢—混组合梁剪力钉试件进行极限抗剪强度推出试验,根据试验结果拟合试件荷载~滑移曲线,并与不同规范计算得到的剪力钉抗剪承载力进行比较分析.结果表明:钢—钢纤维混凝土组合梁剪力钉的极限抗剪承载力较钢—普通混凝土组合梁剪力钉高约16%;其极限承载力对应的滑移值约为钢—普通混凝土组合梁剪力钉的2~2.5倍;钢—钢纤维混凝土组合梁破坏特征为剪力钉全部被剪断,钢—普通混凝土组合梁破坏特征为混凝土被压裂.由各公式得到的试件抗剪承载力均偏于保守.

Abstract:To study the ultimate shear strength and failure modes of the shear studs for steel-concrete composite beam and steel-steel fiber concrete composite beam,the shear stud specimens of the two kinds of the composite beams were designed with reference to an actual steel-concrete composite bridge structure and the push-out tests for the ultimate shear strength of the specimens were made.In accordance with the results of the tests,the load~slip curves of the specimens were fitted,analyzed and compared to the shear capacity of the shear studs calculated in terms of the formulae in the different codes.The results of the analysis show that the ultimate shear capacity of the shear studs of the steel-steel fiber concrete composite beam is about 16% greater than that of the shear studs of the steel-concrete composite beam.The slipping values corresponding to the ultimate shear capacity of the former are about 2~2.5 times of the values of the latter.The failure characteristic of the steel-steel fiber concrete composite beam is that the shear studs of the beam are all cut off while the characteristic of the steel-concrete composite beam is that the concrete of the beam is cracked under compression.The shear capacity of the specimens obtained by the formulae in the different codes is all a little conservative.
