通州世纪大桥设计

摘    要:通州世纪大桥为倾斜拱形独塔斜拉桥,跨径组合为110m(主跨)+80 m(锚跨),主梁采用π形肋板式断面结构,桥塔为拱形钢结构,塔高63.6 m,塔身向锚跨倾斜15°,斜拉索采用φ7高强度平行钢丝,为扇形空间索面布置,主墩承台为哑铃形布置,采用钻孔灌注桩基础.采用MIDAS Civil 2010程序建立全桥有限元模型进行主桥总体结构计算分析,采用ANSYS程序建模进行斜拉索塔上锚固局部应力、钢塔与混凝土塔座结合处及塔梁相接处中横梁受力分析,分析验证该桥各项指标均能满足规范要求,且有一定的安全储备.

Abstract:The Century Bridge in Tongzhou is a cable-stayed bridge with a titled arch-shape single pylon and with span arrangement 110 m(for the main span)+80 m(for the anchor span).The main girder of the bridge employs the π-shape ribbed plate structure.The pylon is the steel structure that is 63.6 m high and tilts 15° towards the anchor span.The stay cables are composed of Ф7 high-strength parallel steel wires and are arranged in spatial cable plane of fan type.The foundations for the main piers are of the bored piles on which the pile caps are arranged in shape of dumbbell.The program MIDAS Civil 2010 was used to set up the finite element model for the whole bridge of the main bridge and to calculate and analyze the global structure of the bridge.The program ANSYS was then used to set up the model and to analyze the local stress of anchoring of the stay cables in the pylon,the force conditions of the connection part between the steel pylon and its concrete base and the force conditions of the middle cross beam at the connection part between the pylon and the girder.The results of the analysis verify that all indices of the bridge can satisfy the relevant requirements in the codes and have certain safety margin.
