摘    要:阳泉至盂县高速公路桃河特大桥跨石太铁路为(75+75)m预应力混凝土T形刚构桥,为减少桥梁施工对铁路安全运营的影响,T构采用高墩转体法施工.T构转体长度为109 m,转体高度为51.15 m,转体重量为150 MN.为确保施工精度及安全,对转盘与滑道的安装精度及T构线形与应力进行控制,通过在承台内预埋调节螺栓及高精度的控制测量,使滑道及转盘的安装误差控制在较小的范围;通过主梁预拱度设置、预压测量挂篮变形、T构自重控制、纵向预应力施工控制、桥面临时荷载控制、温度控制等措施,使梁体的应力状态和线形满足设计要求.

Abstract:Taohe River Bridge on Yangquan-Yuxian Expressway spanning Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Railway is a prestressed concrete T-frame bridge with span arrangement(75+75) m.To minimize the interference of construction of the bridge with the safe operation of the railway,the T-frame of the bridge was erected together with its high-rise pier by the rotary erection method.The rotated length of the T-frame is 109 m,the height is 51.15 m and the weight is 150 MN.To ensure the construction precision and safety,the installation precision of the rotary table,slipway and the geometric shape and stress of the T-frame were controlled.The errors of installation of the rotary table and slipway were finally controlled within a small range by embedding the adjustable bolts in the pile cap and by the highly precise control and survey.The stress conditions and geometric shape of the main girder were made to satisfy the design requirements via a series of measures,such as setting of precamber for the girder,pre-loading test for deformation of the form travelers,control of self weight of the T-frame,construction control of the longitudinal prestressing,control of the temporary load on the bridge deck and the temperature load.
