摘    要:有砟轨道铁路铺架工程涉及到有砟轨道工程和T梁架设,为顺应有砟轨道铁路铺架工程不断提高的技术要求,科学确定投资,需采用先进而合理的工程造价标准。此文通过对新旧版铁路工程定额的比较分析,进而追溯T梁架设和有砟轨道定额的替换成因。基于此,廓清满足行业规定的定额替换范围,并通过工程实例揭示定额替换的投资变化。分析结果表明,有砟轨道铁路铺架工程采用新的铁路工程造价标准有其内在的必要性,且更接近施工作业和工程成本实际。

Comparison and Analysis of the Use of the New and Old Quota of Ballast Track Paving and Erection Engineering
Abstract:Ballast track paving and erection engineering involves ballast track engineering and erection of T - shaped beam. To adapt to constantly improving technical requirements and scientifical determination of investment, the advanced and reasonable standard of project cost need to be used. Through the comparison and analysis of the new and old railway engineering quota, the reasons for changes of ballast track engineering and erection of T - shaped beam quota is analyzed. Based on this, the quota replacement scope meeting the industry rules is clarified. The investment change caused by quota replacement is revealed by an engineering example. Analysis results show that ballast track paving and erection engineering adopting new railway engineering cost standard has its inner necessity, which is closer to the actual construction and engineering cost.
