关于铁路建设工程检测检验试验费用的分析

随着我国铁路工程建设标准的提高,建设规模的扩大,“四新”技术得到推广和应用.这样以来对现场施工采用的检验试验标准和方法及检验试验管理工作标准提出了新的要求.为适应新的要求,满足建设工程检验试验工作的需要,铁建设2006] 113号文中关于检验试验费的费率,已不符合目前现场施工检验试验工作的实际.为此,此文以实际测定资料为基础,分析检验试验相关费用内容及组成,计算检验试验相关费用占工程建安费的比例,再通过分析与研究,提出编制检验试验费的方法和相关建议,为合理确定检验试验费用标准奠定基础.

Research on Railway Construction Project Inspection Test Billing Method

With the improvement of railway engineering construction standard in our country and the expansion of construction scale, four new technology has been promoted and applied, for which the new requirements of inspection test standards and methods and the inspection test management standard for site construction were put forward. In order to adapt to the new requirements and meet the need of the construction project inspection test, the inspection test fee rate issued in railway construction no. 2006] 113 file is not up to the present field practice of construction inspection test. To this end, based on the actual measurement data, the content and constitute of the inspection test costs are analyzed, the proportion of the inspection test costs of the construction and installation costs is calculated. Through the analysis and research, the method of preparation of inspection test fee and related suggestions are proposed to lay a foundation for reasonable standards of inspection test cost.
