摘 要: | 在山区铁路建设中,隧道施工遇有地热会造成施工环境高温高湿,导致施工环境恶化,施工效率降低,机械故障率增加,威胁施工人员的健康和安全。此文以向莆铁路戴云山等3座隧道为例,通过对地热地段施工工序、工作内容、人员和机械配置、工效等全过程跟踪和记实,建立施工组织模型,与正常施工环境下的参数和指标进行对比,分析对施工效率的影响,并计算出开挖、支护、衬砌工序的人工和机械降效系数。量化了地热病害对隧道施工和成本投入的影响程度。

Research on the Influence of Geothermal Disease on the Efficiency of the Railway Tunnel Construction |

Abstract: | In the construction of the railway in the mountains, the tunnel construction meets geothermal will cause high temperature and high humidity in the construction environment, lead to the deterioration of the environment construction, reduction of construction efficiency, increase of the mechanical failure rate, which is the threat to the health and safety of construction personnel. Taking 3 tunnels in Xiangpu railway as an example, through the whole process of tracking and the documentary of the geothermal area construction process, working content, personnel and mechanical configuration, the working efficiency and so on, the construction organization model is established, and the parameters and index are compared with the nor- mal construction environment. The influence on construction efficiency is analyzed and the labor and mechanical effect coefficient in the process of excavation, supporting and lining are calculated. The influence degree of the geothermal plant disease for the tunnel construction and cost is quantified. |
