To introduce foreign advanced technology and equipment and improve the level of China＇s railway technology and equipment, Construction projects using foreign capital have increased over the past few years, which not only effectively reduce the financing difficulty of construction projects, but also shorten the construction period and reduce the operating cost. However, in the estimate clearing stage after completion, compiling foreign capital cleating estimate is a very complex job.
