无砟轨道道岔板钻孔施工技术研究

摘    要:高速铁路无砟轨道道岔板制造平整度要求高,采用机械化和标准化作业预制,采用数控机床精确加工钻孔胎具定位,采用高精度仪器测量和数字软件处理,来保证道岔板的钻孔精度.此文针对路基和桥梁上使用的2种道岔板及在钻孔和装配上的不同,分别阐述道岔板的翻板、道岔板与钻孔胎具的定位、钻孔、道岔板孔位测量、道岔板高强螺栓的装配、植入预埋套筒等施工技术与工艺.并提出道岔板钻孔需要注意的有关问题.

Research on Drilling Construction Technology of Ballastless Track Track Switch Board
Abstract:The manufacturing of high speed railway need high flatness requirement. Prefabrication adopting the mechanization and standardization operation, positioning of drilling clamping fixture using numerical controlled machine tool preciously, measuring adopting high precision instrument measurement and digital software processing can ensure the drilling precision of the switch board . In view of the deference of the 2 kinds of track switch board, drilling and assembly used in the roadbed and bridge , the construction technology and craft of ballastless track track switch board drilling and related problems are out forward.
