It is necessary for implementing information management of naval equipment to establish the information system of dynamic management for mechanical electric equipments on warship. The paper presents a method to set up the database by building tables dynamically. The structure of the database made by this method can be revised dynamically. It not only satisfies the requirements of present condition monitoring for mechanic electric equipments on ship, but also can expand the database structure infinitely in future according to the variation of the equipment, which offers a scientific, effective and reliable guide for decision-making of naval equipment maintenance management.
