| Abstract: | This article has carried on the analysis to the privately operated capital in the harbor investment course and the present situation,elaborated the privately operated capital investment harbor fundamental mode,and quotes the SWOT model,has carried on the further analysis to the privately operated capital investment harbor industry,finally,proposed the countermeasure and the suggestion to the harbor industry privately operated capital investment. |
