| Abstract: | In order to adequately explore the unique safety guarantee of aids to navigation(AtoN)and give greater play to the supporting role of aids to navigation for social and economic development,the paper probes into the problems faced through analyzing the historical characteristics and functions of aids to navigation and effectively exploring the value and functions of modern navigation.It also puts forward suggestions on promoting AtoN development,in order to show the value of aids to navigation,enhance its social impact and realize its value in the new era. |
