摘    要:为了提高改型设计效率,对液力变矩器流道模型进行参数化设计,并通过三维流场仿真计算和试验测试进行了可靠性验证。基于参数化模型分别研究了液力变矩器泵轮、涡轮和导轮叶片内外环周向偏移对性能的影响规律,并进一步对比分析了不同设计参数对性能的影响程度。结果表明:导轮叶片内外环周向偏移对失速泵轮转矩系数和失速变矩比均有较大影响;涡轮叶片外环周向偏移对最大效率影响最大;而泵轮和涡轮叶片内环周向偏移对各性能影响相对较小。研究结果为液力变矩器的改型设计提供了理论参考。

Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency of model modification,a parametric flow channel model was established first and the reliability was verified by three-dimensional flow field simulation calculation and experimental data.The effects of inner and outer torus circumferential offset for the pump,turbine and stator blades on performance were investigated based on the parametric model.The effects degree of different parameters were also compared and analyzed.The results show that the circumferential offsets of stator blade inner and outer torus have a great effect on both stall capacity factor and stall torque ratio;the turbine outer torus circumferential offset has the greatest effect on peak efficiency while the pump and turbine outer torus circumferential offset have a relatively small effect on performance.The results can be used as reference data for modification design of a torque converter.
