摘    要:针对某商用车总装线水箱分装工位生产效率和人员工作充实度较低现状,提出了把工业工程与信息技术相结合的工序优化方法,应用纤科工艺平台软件ISE分析水箱分装工位作业流程和操作,识别装配过程中的浪费和异常,在此基础上对水箱分装工位进行改善,通过Flexsin进行生产线优化和仿真验证。优化后的水箱分装工位节约了人力以及装配时间,提高了装配作业的时间利用率和作业充实度。

Abstract:Aiming at the low production efficiency and the low level of personnel work of the water tank sub-assembly station of a commercial vehicle assembly line,a process optimization method combining industrial engineering and information technology was proposed.The fiber technology process platform software ISE was applied to analyze the operation process and operation of the water tank sub-station,identify waste and anomalies in the assembly process.Based on the analysis,the water tank sub-station was improved,and the production line was optimized and simulated through Flexsin.The optimized water tank sub-assembly station saves manpower and assembly time,and improves the time utilization rate of assembly operations and operational enrichment.
