面向航海保障的移动水文信息服务系统设计与实现

文中简要分析了基于移动互联网的水文信息发布平台建设现状,在此基础上设计了面向航海保障的移动水文信息服务系统即微信小程序架构、前台、网络及数据安全建设方案。通过使用航海保障部门数据展示水文信息小程序效果,并总结了该小程序设计应用推广的必要性和进一步使用航海保障部门水文数据的可能性,以优化资源配置,强化航保服务,深化科技创新。

The design and realization of mobile hydrological information service system for navigation safeguard

The paper briefly analyzes the current situation of the construction of the hydrological information release platform based on the mobile Internet,and on the above basis,designs the hydrological information service system oriented to navigation guarantee,i.e.the framework,front desk,network and data security scheme of the Wechat mini programme.By virtue of the data from the navigation guarantee department,it shows the effect of the mini programme on hydrological information,demonstrates the necessity for the application and promotion of the mini programme and the possibility of further utilization of the hydrological monitoring system data of the navigation guarantee center,so as to optimize resource allocation,strengthen the navigation guarantee service and further promote scientific and technological innovation.
