中国海事测绘能力分析及发展对策

结合近年我国海事测绘的工作实际,从海事测绘装备能力、海事测绘技术应用等方面客观分析了目前海事测绘发展现状,对现阶段我国海事测绘与国际海道测量发达国家在管理理念、技术创新应用能力等方面的差距进行剖析,在此基础上提出了相应的发展对策与建议,以期为推动中国海事测绘长远发展提供有益的决策参考。

A nalysis on surveying and mapping capability of China MSA and its development countermeasures

In view of the practice in marine surveying and mapping in the recent years,the paper analyzes the development status of marine surveying and mapping from the aspects of equipment capacity and the technology application.It also studies the gap between China and developed countries in international hydrographic surveying in management concept,technological innovation and application ability,and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide useful reference for the long-term development of maritime surveying and mapping in China.
