基于Maxwell三相异步电机定子斜槽度的优化设计

摘    要:借助有限元分析软件Maxwell建立三相异步电机的二维模型并进行仿真分析,计算出电机在工作温度为75℃、恒功率负载4kW时的效率和转矩脉动,分析对比不同定子斜槽度三相异步电机的效率及脉动转矩的参数,得到最优的斜槽度。

Abstract:The two-dimensional model of three-phase asynchronous motor was established by the finite element analysis software Maxwell for simulation analysis, and the efficiency and torque ripple of the motor were calculated at operating temperature of 75℃ and constant power load of 4 kW. The efficiency and the ripple torque parameters of the three-phase asynchronous motor with different stator chute degrees were analyzed and compared to obtain the optimal chute degrees.
