苏通长江大桥D1标项目公司化管理探索

摘    要:苏通大桥是世界第一大跨径的斜拉桥工程,计划工期6年。从实践的角度,引出了工程项目管理在建筑施工企业管理中的作用,系统阐述了苏通大桥D1标项目公司化管理的主要做法。工程施工项目公司化管理是一种符合当前国有大型建筑施工企业实际、适应市场竞争需要的项目管理模式。

Abstract:The role that project management plays in an engineering construction enterprise is explained from the angle of practice.Tender D1 of the Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge exemplifies the way that an engineering project is managed as a permanent entity of a company instead of as a temporary establishment which is to be dismissed upon completion of the project.This mode is able to suit the needs of market competition and adapt well to situations facing large-scale state-owned engineering construction enterprises.
