Abstract: | In this paper,a shutter finned radiator is taken as the research object.heat transfer factor j and friction factor f,comprehensive performance factor JF as quantitative indicators,Fluent software was used to simulate the distribution of flow field,temperature field and pressure field of radiator under different working conditions.The performance of heat transfer and flow resistance of radiator is studied,and the reliability of simulation results is verified by wind tunnel test.Combined with the experimental results,a new type of finned louver radiator is designed.Compared with the traditional louver finned radiator,the heat transfer factor increases by 14.6%,the friction factor decreases by 9.8%,the comprehensive performance factor increases by 9.8%-14%,and the heat transfer and flow resistance performance is significantly improved. |
