| 摘 要： | 文章基于有限元法,采用ABAQUS软件,对某商用车前门系统轻量化方案进行了CAE模态分析,抗凹分析及安全分析,分析结果显示,轻量化Opt1方案性能结果相较基础方案接近,减重效果显著.

| Abstract: | In this paper,based on the finite element method and ABAQUS software,the CAE modal analysis,anti concave analysis and safety analysis of a commercial vehicle front door system lightweight scheme are carried out.The analysis results show that the performance of the lightweight opt1 scheme is close to that of the basic scheme,and the weight reduction effect is significant. |
