摘    要:重型商用车后处理系统排气管路的保温性能对整车排放性性能有着重要的影响,减小排气管路沿程热损失,提高后处理器内部反应温度和污染物转化效率,是整车实现排放性能升级的重要途径。应用新型无机复合材料包覆排气管路,降低排气管路的热损失,提高后处理器内部化学反应温度,能够有效提升后处理器内部载体的转化能力。在不同的环境温度条件下,进行不同材料规格的实车特定工况下的保温对比试验,找到既能达到温降性能要求,又具有性价比高、占用空间小的合适规格保温材料,对于满足国六排放温降指标要求以及储备未来排放法规进一步升级的保温技术,具有重要的意义。

Study on Thermal Insulation Performance of Exhaust Pipe Based on Inorganic Composite Material

Abstract:The thermal insulation performance of exhaust pipes of heavy-duty commercial vehicles has an important influence on the vehicle emission performance.It is an important way to upgrade the vehicle emission performance to reduce the heat loss along the exhaust pipes and improve the internal reaction temperature and pollutant conversion efficiency of the processor.The application of new inorganic composite material to cover the exhaust pipe can reduce the heat loss of the exhaust pipe and increase the chemical reaction temperature inside the processor,which can effectively improve the transformation ability of the carrier inside the processor.Under the condition of different environmental temperature,in different material specifications of the real vehicle under the particular condition of insulation test,find can not only meet the temperature drop performance requirements,but also has high cost performance,small footprint suitable thermal insulation material specifications,to meet the requirements of the discharge temperature drop six indicators and reserve future emissions regulations further escalation of the thermal insulation technology,has the vital significance.
