摘    要:重点介绍了前舱引流板对温度场改善的分析过程。针对某项目设计过程中,前舱温度场不达标的情况,提出增加前舱引流板的建议,通过CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)分析对比,增加前舱引流板后,前舱的流场及各主要零部件的温度情况改善明显,使进入前舱的气流利用率最大化,解决了整车开发过程中,前舱温度场难以达标的问题。

Abstract:Introduces the analysis process of the temperature field improvement by the front cabin deflector.In view of the situation that the temperature field of the front cabin does not meet the standard during the design of a project,the proposal to increase the front cabin deflector is proposed.Through the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)analysis and comparison,after adding the front cabin deflector,the temperature field of the front cabin and the temperature of the main components have improved significantly,and the utilization rate of airflow into the front cabin is maximized,which solves the problem that the temperature field of the front cabin is difficult to reach the standard during the development of the entire vehicle.
