Introduces the analysis process of the temperature field improvement by the front cabin deflector.In view of the situation that the temperature field of the front cabin does not meet the standard during the design of a project,the proposal to increase the front cabin deflector is proposed.Through the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)analysis and comparison,after adding the front cabin deflector,the temperature field of the front cabin and the temperature of the main components have improved significantly,and the utilization rate of airflow into the front cabin is maximized,which solves the problem that the temperature field of the front cabin is difficult to reach the standard during the development of the entire vehicle.
