谈涂装水性漆工艺升级改造方案

摘    要:随着我国工业化的高速发展,我国也面临着严重的环境污染问题,国家相继颁布了一系列法规。针对汽车涂装过程产生的大风量废气,要求做到源头控制和治理减排,近年来各主机厂积极响应环保政策,开展涂装水性漆工艺升级改造,文章通过对一条溶剂型涂装生产线按照B1B2、3C2B、3C1B三种水性漆工艺方案进行比对分析,选定方案实施改造后的效果,阐述水性漆工艺升级改造思路。

Talking about the Upgrading and Reforming Scheme of the Coating Water-based Paint

Abstract:With the rapid development of my country's industrialization,my country is also facing serious environmental pollution problems,the country has promulgated a series of regulations.In view of the large air volume exhaust produced by the automotive coating process,it is required to achieve source control and control emission reduction.In recent years,various OEMs have actively responded to environmental protection policies and carried out upgrades and transformations of the coating water-based paint process.In this paper,through a solvent-based coating production line B1B2,3C2B,3C1B three water-based paint process schemes were compared and analyzed,the effects of the selected schemes after the implementation of the transformation were explained,and the ideas of upgrading and transformation of the water-based paint crafts were explained.
